This is a full time role which involves working in the community alongside office based duties.
£18,000-19,500 per annum
Support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers.
Shadow, supervise, instruct and support care workers in the field.
Conduct on-site observation and evaluation of care worker practices.
Implement quality assurance processes through planned and ad hoc monitoring alongside spot checks.
Work in partnership with service users, their family and healthcare professionals to provide holistic care packages.
Work closely with care coordinator to support the planning of effective care worker rotas that reflect the individual needs of each service user.
Promote a safe working environment and safe systems of work.

Previous experience of working as a field care supervisor
Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Clean UK driving licence
