Search is partnering with a leading care provider of specialist care and support.

They support over 3,500 people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and other complex needs nationwide and they have a unique opportunity for a Field Care Coordinator to join their team until January

As the Field Care Coordinator you will be office based in Hull and will be the first point of contact for the care team and the people they support.

Other responsibilities will include:

* The management and coordination of the care delivery team
* Answering the telephone
* General administration
* Care rota management

Key experience will include:

* Experience of using Coldharbour (Civica) care management software
* Experience of working in an office setting
