Your new role
As a Field Account Manager you will be managing the interface between LEGO and the UK & Ireland Customer Base. Profitability driving sales growth of LEGO franchises both in store and online and driving the LEGO customer value proposition. The successful candidate will be working independently, but also as a team (sharing best practice) to achieve outstanding results and supporting the overall UK Business Unit Plan. You will be maintaining positive multi - level contacts from customer trading, marketing and supply chain through building effective networks.
The retail environment continues to develop at a rapid pace and LEGO wants to be the strongest represented supplier both in-store and online, so keeping up to date with the latest trends and activities in the retail universe is key, whilst delivering against LEGO core values and strategic direction. This role gives an individual the opportunity to develop commercial breadth and influence key contacts within an organisation. The successful individual will need to be flexible and nimble in their approach to the business, whilst keeping abreast of latest digital developments. Being highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and plan efficient weekly call routes and account meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the field within an account management role, preferable supporting a high profile brand. The ability to show initiative is key. A proven track record of achievement, it's also about how you achieved those results, through proven ownership, team working, influencing others, planning, category management etc.
