Female Support Worker - Oldbury

Hours - 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday and 8pm-8am Monday to Sunday

Pay Rate - £8.49 days and £8.60 nights

Pulse Community Healthcare is seeking Support Workers in the Oldbury area to join our team in supporting our female client. Our client has complex physical disabilities, therefore experience with physical disabilities would be preferred however is not essential. Successful candidates would provide personal care as well as assistance with our clients various interventions. Full specialist training in respiratory and enteral will be provided to our candidates. We are recruiting for Support Workers with a caring, outgoing attitude to encourage our client's independence in her home and community, whilst supporting her active lifestyle.

The ideal support worker will have:

  • A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential
  • UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
  • A good understanding of professional boundaries
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
