Support Worker - Blandford, Dorset

Hours -Days and sleeper nights
Pay rate - £7.50 - £12 per hour

We have a fantastic opportunity for a female support worker to join our team in a beautiful part of Blandford. Our client is very social and loves cooking and baking. The successful support worker will need to be family orientated and pet friendly. Experience of working with brain injuries and spinal care is desirable however full specialist training will be provided. Support workers will be required to drive our clients vehicle so a full UK driving licence is required.

The ideal support worker will have:
• A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential
• UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
• A good understanding of professional boundaries
• Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
