This is a really fun service to work in with a real mix of people that you will be supporting. Among them are two Oxford United season ticket holders so if you can talk football then you might find two kindred spirits in this service! We also have a lady who is nonverbal, but she would love for you to listen to her sing! Some of the people that we support in this service have jobs and are fairly independent and would really benefit from a guiding hand in their everyday endeavors - so if you think that's something that you could do, then the people that we support would love to find out more about you. You can start by making an application to start the conversation with us.
We putt he people who we support at the heart of what we do. We make sure that everyone is as equally involved with the recruitment process as our very own recruitment team. If you look at the pink box titled "additional information" you'll see some information about some of the people that we support.
