Female PE Teacher
I am working with a fantastic independent girls school based in Lambeth. They are looking to take on a female PE teacher to start as soon as possible.
The position has come about as a current member of staff has been signed of sick following sudden and extensive surgery over the Christmas period. The staff member teaches a part time timetable and the role would involve teaching standard curriculum, coaching netball and attending fixtures.
This is a part time role, exact days tbc.
The school has stipulated that the position will be available for 6 weeks in the first instance but have said that given the severity of the surgery they very much expect the role to be extended beyond its initial length.
The school are keen to meet with candidates and are able to hold interviews next week.
If you would like to be considered for this opportunity in education and training then please submit an up to date copy of your CV to Oliver at Reeson Education as soon as possible.
The school is in the top 20% of independent schools nationally, with 67% of students achieving A*-A grades at GCSE in 2017. More than this though the school teaches its pupils to be polite and inquisitive individuals and an easy atmosphere of calm industriousness and friendliness runs through the corridors. The school goes above and beyond to provide a safe and happy environment for both staff and pupils to study and work in. The school is strongly involved in the local community and actively organises public events to bring local parents and students together.
- The school offers an enriched extra-curricular programme offering a broad academic experience for the girls with the support from an excellent staff faculty
- Easily accessible via public transport links
- Consistent high-achieving academic record
Applications are welcome from teachers at any stage in their career including NQT's and both British trained PE teachers and overseas trained PE teachers will be considered for this position. All applicants should have UK QTS or an overseas formal secondary school teaching qualification. Please send your CV to Oliver at Reeson Education ASAP.
