Female Paediatric Support Worker - Beccles

Pay - £11.54 per hour

Hours - 20:00 - 08:00 waking nights

Pulse Community Healthcare has an exciting new opportunity for a female paediatric support worker to join our team in supporting our young female client. Experience working with complex care needs would be desirable, however not essential as full mandatory and specialist training would be provided to the successful candidate. With this particular package, this individual requires overnight support and has to be monitored constantly. Therefore, the successful candidates can expect to be providing aspects of personal care and any interventions that are required. We are looking for a support worker with a positive, friendly approach to support our friendly and bright individual.

Pulse Community Healthcare is a complex care agency that provides one to one care in the community. We provide specialist training to our support workers to allow development in their careers via skills and knowledge.

The ideal support worker will have:

  • A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential
  • UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
  • A good understanding of professional boundaries
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
