Fee Receivables Team Manager - Chesterfield
Salary - £26,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) + 10% bonus potential and 22.5 days annual leave

Are you looking to manage a team in a Finance/Receivables environment? This role offers you that opportunity in a FTSE 100 company in a progressive and forward-looking team. If successful there is chance for progression in our largest admin unit outside of London.
About the role
You will be managing approx. 15 employees within our Fee Receivables team to ensure accurate billing of fees services, and maintenance of customer data.
You will need to drive performance and provide regular feedback and communication to your team.
The manager will need to be proactive and liaise with key stakeholders including Customer Experience and Sales to ensure revenues are maximised and workflows are efficient.
You will be managing daily & weekly volumes to ensure that there is no backlog and that your weekly & monthly goals are met.
You will be responsible for driving improvements and will need to review processes within the team. In addition you will need to work with colleagues to develop and embed process automation.
You will be an inspiring personality who has experience of engaging, leading and motivating a team of employees.
Ideally you will have experience in a Receivables team or in a Shared Services environment with knowledge of Accounting and/or Finance.
You will also have experience of driving performance based around clear goals for a team.
An ICM, AAT or equivalent qualification is desirable.
