What we're looking for:
You will be an experienced conveyancer, able to handle your own caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Registered and Un-registered sale/purchase/re-mortgage transactions. You will also be competent in dealing with Transfer of Equity and Transfers subject to existing mortgages.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of legal assistants/secretaries within the conveyancing department.
You will be able to assist a Partner in delivering a high quality conveyancing service and able to oversee, supervise and develop the skills of a team of legal assistants/secretaries within the conveyancing department.
You will be able to work unsupervised although support will be available from the conveyancing manager or the partner supervising the department.
You will be a strong team player and will be keen to progress within a volume conveyancing environment.
