Fee Earner - Conveyancing

Conveyancer - Chichester 2/3yrs PQE +

A UK top 100 firm with offices established across the regions are looking to add further expertise to their Property team based out of the Chichester office.

They are looking for a competent Conveyancer be that Solicitor / Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer or a fee earning Paralegal with equivalent to a minimum of 2-3+ PQE. You will have the capability and confidence to deal with residential property transactions from file opening to completion. You will deal with a breadth of subject matter including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, mortgage legal work, assents and transfers of equity and unregistered title/first registration work.

Your experience should ideally cover all of the above along with efficient case management and the ability to handle your caseload without secretarial support and little supervision. Client care is of paramount importance therefore you should be a confident communicator and keen to engage with individuals and clients with confidence and a professional and friendly manner. You must be approachable and confident in order to foster good relationships with potential referrers and be keen in playing an active role in future business development.
