Fed up with Teaching? Try Supply

Posted 23 February by Academics

Are you fed up with all the paperwork involved in teaching on a permanent basis?

Then why not give supply a try?

"I was getting fed up with my last teaching job, all the planning, meetings and other extra curricula activities. So I decided to give supply teaching a go. Some teachers love it and some hate it. I love it! As a supply teacher you get a chance to do the good part of the job, teach in the classroom without all the other stress and pressure. It made me realise again that I actually love this job"

This is a quote from one of my teachers who has a new lease on life after making the switch from permanent to casual work. As an agency we tend to find that teachers will work at a number of different schools, try other age groups they have not taught before, get enthusiastic about teaching again and get snapped up by a new school.

You must have QTS and a DBS on the Update Service.

So if you are thinking of leaving teaching or just fancy a change from the school you are at give us a call.
