As a Team Administrator you will be responsible for providing high level admin and office support with duties such as general typing, managing the reception area, ordering stationary and answering incoming communications by telephone.
This is a fantastic role for an individual who wants to gain some PA exposure as you will be responsible for organising travel arrangements, diary management, and preparing and booking meeting rooms. Along with this this you will be responsible for copy typing reports, contract documents, meeting minutes, and updating fee proposals- so excellent attention to detail is vital!
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years admin experience along with the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Fabulous benefits including 27 days holiday, plus great bonuses! Offering between £20-24K!!
