Fantastic opportunity for x2 Solicitor to join this highly regarded North West regional practice and work closely with a local client base. This firm have a fantastic reputation and have a strong management team that offer a clear direction for the team as well as ensuring they are always progressing. All ranges of PQE will be considered from this role and even NQ's with a background in private family law.
This practice have a strong focus on Family Law with the department being one of their largest and most accredited. In total there are 14 fee earners plus Paralegal & Legal Secretary support. As a Solicitor you will be expected to deal with a caseload of Childcare matters and have a focus on paying matters. You will be joining a strong team with recognised Lawyers & Partners that are always available to discuss any ongoing matters and provide guidance when needed.
Ideally you will have a background in Childcare and able to run your own caseload however it would be advantageous if you were an accredited Children's Panel member. Advocacy is required for this position, so it is essential that you are a comfortable advocate and able to deal with Legal Aid Procedures / CCMS.
Salary will be based on experience level however will likely fall in the ball park of £30,000 - £42,000 with an added bonus and benefits package.
