Opportunity to work at a well established regional firm who are seeking an experienced solicitor (3 Year' PQE+) to deal with a caseload of private paying family law matters with a focus on financial & ancillary relief. This position is based in the heart of Cheshire.

The role will initially see you deal with an existing client base and have a mix of private family and children matters. There will also be the opportunity to develop your own client base and build up your own work sources whilst working closely with a senior partner. Work is varied and will consist of divorce, ancillary relief, pre-nuptial agreements, domestic violence, injunctions and private children work. As well as fee earning you will also be leading the team within this office so this is a fantastic opportunity to make a name for yourself within the region.

Your client base will be built up of local and regional clients who will often come into the office for face to face meetings, so prior experience of dealing with clients in this manner would be ideal. As this is an autonomous role you will be dealing with all aspects of the file from start to finish and you must be an experienced advocate, as this is in important part of this job role.

You will be overseeing an assistant solicitor & paralegal as part of this role, so any experience of management will prove useful, so this is a great opportunity to earn a reputation as an experienced fee earner within the firm and local area. This position would suit an ambitious solicitor who is willing to work hard and help grow a department as well as dealing with a broad mix of work.
