A fantastic opportunity for a Family Lawyer has now arisen in a flourishing department in Norwich, Norfolk. This is ideal for an NQ to five years Solicitors or Legal Executives. With strong knowledge in Family matters, you will work alongside experienced fee earners with minimum supervision. Your caseload will be diverse and interesting to include: public law children care proceedings; divorce; non-molestation and occupational orders; Children Act Applications; financial remedies; pre and post nuptial agreements; domestic abuse; cohabitation disputes and; conducting advocacy.
Successful Lawyers will demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude while delivering bespoke client care and seeking to progress within a progressive department. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to develop their skills within a reputable department and at the same time contribute to business development and networking initiatives. The role is offered on full or part-time, permanent basis.
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with NQ to five years PQE.
Background in Family Law matters is a prerequisite.
Additional experience in Private Law Children work is essential.
Demonstrate top class client care.
Family/Children Panel Membership would be advantageous.
Handle a diverse and interesting caseload with minimum supervision.
Participate in business development and networking initiatives.
