Leading regional firm have an opportunity for a Family law Solicitor of note to take the reigns and lead a small department. The client is a multiservice law firm and the Family department has a good reputation built up over many years and the work is exclusively privately funded matters. The vacancy has arisen because someone experienced is retiring.
The firm are known for developing their staff up to partner level, there are strong relationships internally within the firm, a lot of trust and goodwill and a happy workforce.
You should have a proven track record in delivering high net worth costs across divorce, matrimonial, finances, ancills, private child and across the full range of Family Law services and if you have your own networks that would be seen as advantageous. Family Panel members or fee earners who are within touching distance of applying for panel membership would be encouraged to apply.
This is an ambitious, modern, outwardly looking firm who have moved with the times and the systems internally are all first rate.
Nottinghamshire is a fantastic place to live and relocators will be considered, although you must be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to live and work in the area.
