My client is seeking a highly motivated fee-earner to join their Family Law Team. In the first instance, this is a full-time, fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, commencing 1st July 2018, for a maximum of one year. This is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Family Law Practitioner to join a forward-thinking department, in a highly regarded, long established, Legal 500 Top Tier Firm, based in East Suffolk.
The role will require managing and taking responsibility for a caseload of private family law matters. It will suit a solicitor or legal executive 3 - 10 years PQE. You are also required to be qualified with, and a member of, the Resolution organisation.
Applicants must be commercially minded, team-oriented, able to work confidently and efficiently and put excellent client service at the heart of their work. You must also have proven fee-earning, case management and client development skills, together with superior organisational and financial management skills. A desire and ability to contribute effectively to marketing and business-development activities, both for the Department and the Firm as a whole, is also required.
