Are you a Family Chartered Legal Executive, or specialist Family Fee Earner looking for a new challenge? If you would like to handle a caseload of predominantly private matters within one of the strongest firms in East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, then this could be the role for you. The role could be either full time or part time and the law firm can be flexible in this regard.
Our client is a modern and forward thinking law firm whose excellent reputation has been built up over many years. The firm offers a range of legal services to businesses and individuals alike and has often been recommended by the Legal 500 & The Cambers for the expert advice the lawyers provide. The firm's success is mirrored in the expanding Family team, which is now looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join the Lincoln office
Since the department is so busy, you will hit the ground running with a full caseload of Family matters, including divorce, ancillary relief, pre-nuptials, cohabitation agreements and more. The majority of this work will be private, meaning it really is a good quality and often high-value caseload.
The Lincoln office boasts a very close-knit team, meaning there is a great work environment and team spirit. Furthermore, the Family teams across the other offices work closely together, meaning there is a strong network of support across the wider department.
The firm is ideally looking for someone who can work across both the Lincoln and Horncastle offices, and is willing to consider both part time and full time candidates. Candidates who are part time will only be required to work in the Lincoln office.
Our client envisages candidates with four or more years solid fee earning experience to have the necessary knowledge and experience to succeed in the role. However this is given purely as a guideline and candidates who can demonstrate both the relevant technical ability and the enthusiasm to deliver a high-quality service to all clients will also be considered.
How to Apply:
Our consultants are experts in legal recruitment, with our strength deriving from the simple fact that we are well-known, well-respected and have developed long-standing bonds with both our clients and candidates.
