FAMILY ASSOCIATE:
The expert family team handles the full range of matters including divorce, finances, private children disputes, separation, cohabitation, and pre- and post-nuptial agreement. It advises HNW clients and deals with matters with cross border elements. The variety and quality of work offers an ambitious Solicitor an opportunity to develop technical expertise. The role will include managing a varied case load, contributing to business development initiatives and networking,
representing clients in family court proceedings, hearings and negotiations, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and legal acumen, working collaboratively with other members of the firm, supporting the development and supervision of junior members of the team.
