Job Title: Children's Ride Refurbisher & Assembler - Coin Operated Kiddie Rides

Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire,Ingoldmells, Chapel St. Leonards

Salary: £17,575 + 20 days holiday and benefits

Hours Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:00

The Company:

A leading Manufacturer of premium licensed coin operated kiddie rides. Established in the 1980's they are now a world leader for quality and reputation in the kiddie rides marketplace. All rides are built to order in the UK and produced with self-coloured fibreglass, which is durable, and hard-wearing. All Children's rides conform to relevant safety standards. They can supply rides in a choice of colour, with sound effects and languages for a global marketplace

Due to expansion in the UK they now seek to appoint a children's ride refurbisher to assist in the production of children's rides based from their premises in Skegness

Job Purpose:

To assist in the refurbishment of children's rides by using a variety of tools and also assemble

Main Duties

  • To use all materials and tools required to complete the job; i.e hand tools; power tools etc.
  • To identify faults and carry out repairs all be it electronic or mechanical
  • Work in a safe and orderly manner
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment at all times
  • Planning your work to produce consistent quality standard work within a given timescale
  • Comply with the policies and procedures of the Company
  • When necessary assist in other areas, within your capabilities and training

Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Experience with hand, air pressure and power tools
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Commutable to Skegness
  • Good team player and communicator
  • Reliability and punctuality essential
  • Experience in a similar environment is preferred

Working Hours:

40 hrs per week: Monday - Friday 0730-1600 (30 minutes lunch)

Work outside normal business hours will be expected as and when necessary, to fulfil the requirements of the Role
