Factory Manager - Fresh Food Production
Location: Derbyshire - relocation available
Salary £65-80,000 + great benefits including car allowance and bonus
Our Client is seeking an exceptional individual to join and lead the operations of this 1000 + site. With a turnover of £155m you will lead 26 nationalities to produce a quality product for their broad range of retail customers.
This is a 24 / 7 operation providing exceptional product and as such requires an individual with a real flare and intellect to drive the pace, performance and people engagement across the site.
What experience do you need?
Degree educated and have continued to invest in your personal development
Have you led an operation 500 + people who work a number of shift patterns?
Do you have experience of packing short shelf life products for leading retailers or from a non-food background but has from an industry that operates at pace and works with a weekly P&L
Are you commercially driven? - Do you know your numbers, quick to address variances, understands market forces and internal politics and can meet deadlines and targets
Have you challenged the operation in order to improve delivery and standards? To define what excellent looks like and mas out and deliver the stages to achieve desired standards.
