Our client is one of the UK's most respected and reputable Universities. With campuses across numerous sites in London, the Estates and Facilities division is one of the largest in England.
Due to an increase in work flow, and student numbers, there is now a need for a dynamic Estates Team Administrator to join this already successful team.
As the Estates Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing excellent support services to the Senior Management and the wider Estates team as a whole. However, the core function of the role will be to raise requisitions/POs accurately, within agreed budgets and in a timely fashion. Ensure that receipting is undertaken appropriately and consistently. Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure that invoices are appropriately authorised for payment (where required).
To be successful in this role you will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, diary management experience and experience working in Higher Education and Estates Environments.
This role is is a temporary to permanent role, so you will be directly rewarded for your hard work with a permanent contract.
