Facilities Support Assistant

Interlink recruitment are looking for a Legal Facilities Support Assistant to join one of Leeds most prestigious law firms.

Duties include:

  • Distributing of mail through all mail streams
  • Health, safety and environmental checks in line with HSE guidelines
  • Management and administration of the Facilities helpdesk software
  • Liaison with colleagues to ensure the working environment is a safe and pleasant place
  • Timely collection of all mail, sort and send with data input for online business accounting with Royal Mail
  • Distribution of train tickets to colleagues
  • Assistance with collection, delivery and enquiries for all hard copy archiving
  • Assisting with office furniture/desk moves, reallocation of office space and trainee seat moves

Skills required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work quickly with precision with high volumes of post
  • Precise Data inputting skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literate - good understanding or experience of using Microsoft packages
