To support the Facilities Manager and be a visible presence and main point of contact at all times. To take responsibility for an allocated floor ensuring it is compliant to health and safety procedures, undertaking regular health and safety checks including building and fire alarms.
My client is a large, well respected, award winning construction company based in York.
Take responsibility for an allocated floor, provide high levels of customer service. Report faults to the help desk. Provide assistance to the FM and Account Manager. You will be supervising - Soft Service Assistants, Facilities Assistants, Housekeeper's, Building and Maintenance employees. You will be expected to ensure your floor is compliant to health and safety and environmental procedures. You will be in charge of inductions for new staff.
You will have a proven track record in customer service and facilities management. You will have exceptional organisational skills. You will also be expected to posses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competitive salary: £21,000 - £24,000
