Line-manage reception, post room and bus drivers/handymen
Source and supervise contractors Inc. cleaners
Oversee Fire Wardens, Health & Safety Reps and First Aiders, ensuring the safety of all staff and visitors.
Carry out weekly Fire Alarm testing, Monthly Emergency Lighting testing, 6-monthly Fire Drills, annual Risk and Fire Risk Assessments.
Oversee staff car parking
Source and order ad hoc items such as office furniture.
Have good organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. A flexible approach is important to this role.
Have good IT skills
Have a full Clean UK Driving License
