An excellent opportunity for a Facilities Manager to work on a brand new site for the UK's leading Academy for the Performing Arts, based in South London. The site will be used for full time training and education of young people and adults, and also as a community hub open to the wider public.
The Facilities Manager will join a well-known and thriving secondary-school dedicated to the performing arts. As a Facilities Manager, reporting to the Projects and Estates Director, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the whole site.

The role has added complexity as the site will be open to the public at certain times of week, sometimes when the students are also on site.
Health and Safety is a primary responsibility.
You will also be responsible for negotiating and renewing service contracts.
There is a supporting maintenance team in place.
