Client side multi-site Facilities Manager role in London
A permanent client-side Facilities Manager role for a fast food restaurant chain. £40-45k salary

A growing restaurant chain with 30+ branches predominantly in London.
Your new role
You will be assisting the Project Manager and Property team in managing the maintenance for the company's estate and delivery of new build projects, minor capital projects and refurbishments. You are going to be dealing with all reactive and planned maintenance and operational liaison. You will manage in house maintenance personnel and external contractors.
What you'll need to succeed
Your new role is predominantly field based and will require you to have a multiple site experience within the catering industry. You have excellent communication skills and planned & organised problem solving, being able to spot issues before they arise rather than only acting reactively. Experience in AutoCad and Working knowledge of shopping centres and approval processes, M&E specifications and good negotiating skills are desirable.
