We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities/Project Manager to join us and take full accountability for the cost-effective delivery of facilities across the UK business.

Supporting multiple projects across numerous sites, we are looking for an experienced individual that is innovative and forward thinking, always striving to provide the best possible working environment for our employees. Key accountabilities will be as follows:

Team Management
Recruits, develops and manages the facilities team so that the team are best placed to provide an outstanding service to employees

Project Management
Manages the facility projects so as to maximise the levels of return on service and cost

Relationship Management
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business decision making so as to optimise facilities investment

Supplier Management
Manages supplier relationships so as to deliver cost effective facilities across the network

Capital Expenditure
Scopes out estate capital expenditure requirements in collaboration with internal and external teams so as to deliver a working environment that meets the business needs

Facility Standards
Develops and maintains the business’s facilities standards so as to deliver an effective working environment that is within budget

We are looking for individuals able to demonstrate the following ares of expertise:

  • Proven experience within a similar multi-site facilities management position
  • Proven track record of project delivery
  • Exceptional planning and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety
  • Strong negotiation skills

Qualifications:
