Mobile FACILITIES MANAGER Manchester , Glasgow, Birmingham

We are working alongside an International Services Company providing world class Facilities Management solutions to the commercial sector. Our client is seeking a proven Facilities Manager to undertake responsibility for driving performance across a high profile, multi-site portfolio, delivering excellence and demonstrating continuous improvement in service delivery.

Core responsibilities:

Act as a single point of contact for all FM issues across varying locations (multi-sites)

Monitoring and driving savings in the supply chain, driving value and cost reduction

Ensuring best practice and delivery of SLA’s and KPI’s.

Manage annual budget process

Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of service delivery and make recommendations to the client

Monitor H&S program and ensure follow up on risk issues

Review monthly finance reports and provide feedback to client on performance

Organise and host monthly meetings with the client, alongside Operational Facility Lead and Senior Facilities Managers

Prepare quarterly strategic reports for the client, demonstrating performance against savings target and KPI’s

Ensure implementation of standard tools and processes across international regions

Manage the recruitment of new Facilities Management staff as and when applicable

Identify opportunities to deliver new services and increase revenue within the client account

The candidate

For this opportunity, we are seeking Facilities Management professionals who possess:

Demonstrable Facilities Management experience .

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Confident, ambitious and commercially astute
