Facilities Manager - Retail

Rapidly expanding retailer 

A Facilities Manager with retail experience required to oversee a portfolio of 10 retail sites across the UK. You will be responsible for the smooth running of each site and ensure that they meet the needs of customers and employees.

You must have both multi site and retail experience
You will ensure all sites are H&S compliant and staff are trained accordingly
You will manage service contractors ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
You will have budgetary and reporting responsibility 
You will have involvement in upgrade and refurbishment projects - coordinating contractors and managing expectations

You will have had previous experience within an FM role ideally with multi site experience.
BIFM - desirable
You will possess:
Strong influencing and problem solving skills. 
Decision making skills.
Strong analytical skills.
