Our client is a successful Commercial Property company based in Cornwall. They are seeking a highly driven and experienced individual to join their team.

The successful candidate will be Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will Support the Property Management Department in dealing with tenants & FM contractors, arranging minor technical works, reporting on FM projects, carry out site inspections as well as being involved in the day to day management of the of property portfolio. This role encompasses all aspects of facilities management and good working knowledge of property management and maintenance is essential.

As the Facilities Management Assistant / Coordinator you will be required to schedule PPM’s and ensure that these are carried out in accordance with current legislation & regulation, whilst being able to prioritise and efficiently deal with any reactive issues that may arise on a daily basis. The Facilities Management Assistant / Coordinator should have a good working knowledge of Health and Safety and be able to identify risks and hazards when on site and deliver all aspects of a high quality core property management service within your own portfolio of over 130 sites,mostly exclusively commercial property assets across the South West.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Background in Construction, Facilities and maintenance management.
  • .An understanding of building maintenance and legislation.
  • Level 3 recognised qualification in Facilities Management or relevant discipline preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Be an excellent communicator both orally and in the written form


  • £20,000 - £24,000 PA DOE
  • 32 x days holiday (includes Statutory days )

Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
