Facilities Management Business Development Manager
Starting basic £25,000, OTE to £50,000 + company car or allowance
A highly ambitious Facilities Management company from England are looking to carry their success into the Scottish marketplace. They have a few key clients in place up here already, and are looking to take on a Business Development Manager who can increase the customer base in Scotland as well as maximise business with existing clients as much as possible.
They are looking for someone very experienced in sales, business development and account management specifically within their industry of Facilities Management. The company provide the full spectrum of FM services, but they are especially keen to speak with people who have specific experience of selling security solutions and also into the construction sector as well if possible. This is a key area that the company are looking to build a foundation on in Scotland and someone with specialist knowledge in these key areas would be very desirable. Covering mainly Central Scotland but the rest of the country as well when required, you will be the first person to join the company to concentrate fully on the Scottish territory. Exceptional performers will be given the opportunity to be involved in the further growth and development of the team in Scotland and will aim to move up the ranks accordingly. It would be much preferred if you were based somewhere in the Central Belt as this is where it is envisaged the vast majority of the client base will grow.
The starting basic salary for this position is £25,000, although this could be negotiable for an exceptional candidate who is bringing more than expected to the table. First year OTE would be in the region of £40,000 - £50,000, and you would also have the option of a company car or an additional car allowance.
