Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to work within a Petersfield based business. This role will suit a candidate with a strong Administration background, ideally within a Facilities function. This role is temp for approx 5 weeks, but this could potentially be extended.

The role:

  • Acting as first point of contact for all facilities help desk calls and emails
  • Ensuring all maintainance requests are logged on the system
  • Ensuring that Job Sheets are kept updated
  • Greeting visitors and providing Front of House assistance when needed
  • Sort and prepare outgoing and incoming post when needed
  • Placing orders wit contractors
  • General day to day administration

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have experience within a facilities focused role
  • Will be confident liaising via telephone and email
  • Will be immediately available
  • Will have strong computer skills
  • Will be able to prioritise workload effectively whilst working to deadlines
