Our client is a leading university based in South West London and an historic institution developing people who meet today's healthcare needs and tomorrow's healthcare challenges. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Site Services, Facilities Coordinator to join this already successful team.
As the Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for providing a professional and organised operational service across the Universities campus, ensuring that the highest possible standards of customer care are followed.
The services included are internal and external post, goods inwards and outwards, waste furniture removal, reactive maintenance works, general handyman services, consignment stock control, emergency call outs, key holding, lifting/shifting and carrying out of certain designated health and safety tasks.
Furthermore you will also be responsible for the management of the consignment stock and critical spares services, the provision of financial journals and for ongoing performance management of the Site services team, in conjunction with the Site Services Supervisor.
