Do you have a minimum of 1 years experience in a varied Facilities role, with a confident and ambitious approach?

This quirky company is looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator who is looking to further progress their career. The role is heavily varied therefore requires someone with the ability to multi-task and the desire to complete work to the highest possible standard in an efficient manner.

Your role will include:

  • Coordinating with all HR Departments in order to issue and deactivate building passes for starters and leavers
  • Maintaining a filing system for all correspondence and documentation
  • Fire regulation and Health and Safety checks
  • Investigate and resolve any reports of faults and breakdowns in an efficient manner
