Facilities Coordinator

Clifton based property organsisation seeks a Facilities Support and Admin Manager to join their fantastic team!

If you are technically competent with good communication and interpersonal skills this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


The successful candidate will be working with the facilities management team to plan, co-ordinate and undertake all necessary activities regarding the administration of a number of facilities contracts. Candidates will additionally provide a technical support service via an in house help desk ensuring contract administration and first class service delivery.

A strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive ‘can do’ attitude
The ability to prioritise workloads
Ability to effectively time manger
Excellent IT skills, (MS Office Suite)
Professional approach and personable manner
Familiarity with TRAMPS, Riskwise and CAFM systems would be an advantage though not essential.

Candidates are required to have a full UK drivers licence and access to a car
