You will be working on a Helpdesk for a well known service provider on a temporary basis with the potential for the position to become permanent.
My client is a well known service provider.
You will be responding to incoming phone calls and resolving questions. You will need to record any signs of dissatisfaction and escalate accordingly. You will respond to all correspondence in a professional manner. You will need to ensure timescales are met. You will be accountable for the completion of tasks within the scope of the function. You will be interacting with client or users around specific work efforts and deliverables. You will also be expected to offer support and guidance to less experienced team members.
The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of a Helpdesk environment, possess exceptional Customer Service Skills and good telephone manner. You must be able to work well as part of a team. You will possess strong IT literacy skills and good numerical skills. An interest in Health & Safety would be beneficial.
Salary: £16,087.00 - £17,160.00
