Facilities Compliance Officer

Brief Description of Role:

To work with and support the Facilities team, providing assistance to the Senior Facilities Management and Facilities Managers.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • To be the day to day contact for the Facilities Assistants.

  • Provide support to the Facilities Compliance Manager for ISO accreditation audits and process reviews, including being the point of contact during the auditor’s visits.

  • To assist and regularly monitor joiner and leaver numbers to produce stacking plans on a monthly basis for the firms space planning.

  • To gather information and prepare monthly board report

  • To become a point of escalation for day to day operational issues.
