Our client is looking for a dynamic, positive and professional individual to join their team and provide hands on support to the facilities team to help to deliver a first class facilities management service to the organisation.

Facilities Co-ordinator
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Covering: Essex & East London

The Facilities Management team is responsible for the upkeep and day to day running of our client’s office estate, which currently consists of 19 offices spread across Essex and East London.

Your role will involve supporting the facilities team by undertaking practical and administrative tasks, including regular inspection visits to our office sites and ensuring jobs logged through the facilities management portal are completed in an effective and timely manner.

Ideally you will have:

  • A high degree of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • A flexible attitude towards your working hours as required
  • A professional manner
  • Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders, contractors and suppliers alike

A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is vital for this role.
