Charity Talent are currently recruiting for a temporary for a Facilities Assistant, to work for a University based in Central London. They are looking for someone to start asap. This contract is for 40 hours per week five days over 7, worked as shifts which may start from 7am and end at 10:00pm pm including weekends.
As the facilities assistant you will be responsible for the strategic and logistical management and service delivery of events, including room set ups, office moves, processing of all aspects of mail and deliveries. You will organise the catering operations, security and space planning. Hotel operations this will include receptions, including switchboard, housekeeping, fitness centre and gift shop. Must be able to safely undertake moderately heavily lifting.
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Experience on the latest Mail Sort technology and equipment
Basic knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
