We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team, based at Tower Hill, but also working at other London locations.
We'd like for someone who is enthusiastic, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and 'muck in', is proactive and has attention to detail. You'll need to be flexible, able to work on your own initiative, and have great communication skills to succeed in this role.
You'll also be covering reception, so excellent customer service skills are essential, as well as a great telephone manner. You'll often be juggling varying demands so the ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise is also important. You'll act as a fire marshal and first, aider, carry out Health and Safety checks and act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff.
Other duties will include setting up meeting rooms including AV equipment, overseeing service contracts for equipment and managing records in relation to sustainability, energy use and business continuity planning.
