We are currently recruiting for a front of house Facilities Assistant, responsible for meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms and completing general facilities work.
This role would suit someone with hospitality background looking to obtain experience in a corporate role without the need for shift work.
Due to the requirements of the role you will need to be physically fit, and able to tackle manual handling tasks, as the ability to lift and move office furniture and deliveries is crucial.
Your main duties will entail:
- Booking in visitors and clients
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Prepare rooms, equipment and refreshments for meetings
- Monitoring and maintaining stationary supplies, and replenishing Copy paper
- Maintain outside areas
- Undertaking health and safety checks
- Carrying out daily housekeeping tasks
It is essential for this role that you ensure you work in a safe, efficient manner. A good level of customer service and exceptional communication skills are vital, and previous experience would be beneficial, but not essential in your application.
Flexibility is essential as some weekend work may be required.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £18,000 depending on experience
