Salary scale - £25,000 - £40,000
The firm are seeking to bolster up their facilities team with the addition of a Facilities Assistant. You will be the main focal point for the department so you will need some previous facilities experience.
*Post room duties
*Booking couriers and taking deliveries
*Replenishing stock in the kitchens on the floors
*Setting up rooms for meetings
*Liaise with suppliers, landlords
*occasional travel to other offices etc.
*Setting up workstations
*Health and safety measures
*Arranging staff training courses
*Basic general building maintenance and waste management
*Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
*Operating security system and issuing of cards
*Ordering in and distributing food for clients and staff
*Assisting Archives, as required
*Ad hoc duties
The firm are looking at candidates with at least 1 years facilities experience.
Team fit wise the right candidate will be professional and courteous when dealing with clients, potential clients, Partners, staff and contractors. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organised.
