We are seeking a Part Time Facilities Assistant to work in a varied and busy team between the hours of 10am to 3pm.
Within the role, you will be required to provide excellent service to all employees and clients of the company. You will be required to provide full support to the Head of Facilities to help maintain the high standards of the premises.
You will be flexible, professional and have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy. You need the ability to work efficiently to deadlines, have good communication, presentation and negotiating skills. It is key that you can work well within a team and have great organisation skills.
Previous experience of archiving and working within professional services is desirable, but not essential.
This is a fast paced role and you should be able to switch tasks with ease. You will be responsible for distributing post and deliveries, answering calls and dealing with enquiries from colleagues and clients and ensuring equipment on site is maintained. You may also be asked to assist on reception for holiday and sickness cover.
