Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Facilities and Reception Assistant, based in Milton Keynes, working full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday - Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
You will be required to work within a busy team providing a comprehensive and quality service direct to our clients. The position will suit an individual who may have had previous administrative and or reception experience (this is not essential as full training will be provided).
The role involves providing assistance to the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks within the office including filing, typing, ordering of stationery, H&S audits and generally ensuring the office is kept neat and tidy.
Providing assistance to the Receptionist with the maintenance of the Client Suite arranging hospitality for meetings, ensuring the rooms are cleared and the Client Suite is maintained to a high standard, answering the telephone, arranging couriers.
Providing assistance to the Print / Post Room Assistant with incoming and out going post, photocopying, binding documents.
You must have keyboard skills and previous knowledge of word and outlook. Strong organisation skills would be an advantage within this position and an outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with both internal and external clients and work with little supervision.
