Facilities Administrator

Are you an outgoing and driven administrator? Do you have previous experience in facilities or a desire to work in a not for profit?

If so you could be about to join a leading charity in their facilities department helping them with their administrator and day to day running.

Client Details

A leading charity in the Buckingham / London area helping others with research and support.


Key responsibilities for the facilities administrator:

  • Be first point of contact for all facilities queries and ensure that they are answered in a timely and professional manner

  • Prioritise and coordinate all day to day repairs and maintenance activities

  • On behalf of the Facilties Manager, instruct and assist site contractors providing access to areas, as needed.

  • Provide administrative support in the implementation and management of maintenance strategies, policies, projects and procedures


Successful facilities administrators will have:

  • Great organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to use initiative and to work unsupervised
  • Experience of streamlining/improving administrative processes, or a demonstrable willingness to improve administrative procedures.
  • A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook)

*Previous facilities experience is desirable but not essential*

Job Offer

Up to £13ph is on offer for the facilities administrator role, plus a potential permanent job if successful
