Key responsibilities for the facilities administrator:
Be first point of contact for all facilities queries and ensure that they are answered in a timely and professional manner
Prioritise and coordinate all day to day repairs and maintenance activities
On behalf of the Facilties Manager, instruct and assist site contractors providing access to areas, as needed.
Provide administrative support in the implementation and management of maintenance strategies, policies, projects and procedures
Successful facilities administrators will have:
- Great organisational and communication skills.
- Able to use initiative and to work unsupervised
- Experience of streamlining/improving administrative processes, or a demonstrable willingness to improve administrative procedures.
- A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook)
*Previous facilities experience is desirable but not essential*
Up to £13ph is on offer for the facilities administrator role, plus a potential permanent job if successful
