Excel are recruiting a Facilities Administrator to work for a well know and respected client who’s an industry leader in MRO.

Some of the main purposes of this role are to receive and process client requests for support, source/engage and manage external contractors, supervise works to ensure value for money, and to provide a complete and responsive administration service to our Facilities function. This is a massively varied role and will require someone to be open minded and embrace new challenges.

Within this role, the successful candidate would be expected to have a good sense of organisation and customer service, be able to use their initiative both as part of a team and alone, have a bright 'can do’ attitude with a desire to exceed expectations. You should be able to develop and maintain service agreements, schedule maintenance visits, write up reports and monitor KPI’s.

A basic understanding of plant and property maintenance is required, along with a good understanding of basic engineering principles. Experience of hard and Soft service contracts is desirable, and a Technical/Engineering background is even better!
