Fabric Engineer

Fabric Engineer / Handy Person - FM Maintenance - London - Up to £13.00 per hour

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. I am currently looking for a number of Fabric Engineers to cover various sites in London including; Commercial offices, Universities, Hospitals, Hotels, Schools and retail stores to name a few.

The successful candidates will have an understanding of most trades including; Basic electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting etc as well as having a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. These roles vary from short term temporary work to long term/temp to perm positions. In return, we can offer a competitive hourly rate paying up to £13.00 based on qualifications and experience.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday: 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)


  • An all round understanding of most trades
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Any trade qualifications (Highly desirable / Not essential)
  • Immediate or can start at short notice
