Fabric Engineer

Fabric Engineer / Multi-Trader - FM Maintenance - North London - £13.00 per hour / £27,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. I am currently looking for a Fabric Engineer / Multi-Trader to based on a large site in North London. The successful candidate will have an understanding of most trades including; Basic electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting etc as well as having a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a temporary to permanent position and In return, we can offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience. After passing your temporary trial, you will be considered for the full time role on site, which pays up to £27,000 with overtime available.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday: 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)


  • An all round understanding of most trades
  • Experience fitting kitchens / bathrooms (Highly desirable)
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Any trade qualifications (Highly desirable / Not essential)
  • Immediate or can start at short notice
